Premestrual Syndrome(PMS) Pain and Irritability

We all know how intolerable PMS pain and irritability is. many people don't understand exactly how unmanageable it can get. However, we must realize that all of those drugs have only one purpose-immediate pain relief. They work by masking the symptoms before and during your period. This doesn't restrain you from experiencing future PMS symptoms and doesn't support your body with nutritional needs and deficiencies.

Recent research find the causes of premenstrual syndrome, demonstrates that nutrient-deficiency hypothyroidism is a main factor.

Although women have always encounter premenstrual syndrome (PMS), only in recent years have orthodox doctors regarded this disorder as real and causes pain, rather than imaginary, and even then only because more women have become physicians.

Have a few minutes for yourself and breathe into your true, inner rhythm and listen. Do it while taking a shower, on your lunch break, or just before going to sleep. Feel what sensations arise just from giving yourself this time and space. Feel into your body, your being, and see what messages come up. Breathe. Flow. Allow yourself to expand beyond the confines of your body. Be expansive. Be wide. Observe what a great container you naturally are and how this ties into the earth’s ability to hold and contain us all.

We, as women, can make a new bond between ourselves as keepers of this feminine energy, the Earth, our Mother, and all of mankind (both genders ) to begin a new era of connection to the cyclical ebb and flow of ourselves, the planet, and the universe.

Once connected to this movement of ebb and flow, high and low tide, we can more fully enjoy and engage the fullness and rhythm of life.
